Terms and Conditions

Pink Petals Florist requires a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 to hold a wedding date and to start a file on your event. Weddings are a $1,500.00 minimum as only one is handled per weekend. Weddings and parties are to be paid in full one week prior to the event. Payments accepted are cash and check. All checks are made payable to Pink Petals Florist. Any returned checks are subject to a $50.00 charge.

A second appointment is included in the total cost, if more time or appointments are necessary, there will be a $25.00 per hour charge. This second appointment should take place 3 to 4 weeks before the event or whenever the party is in town and available.

If a wedding or party is called off within two weeks prior to the event, the client will be responsible for the total cost of the event as the flower orders will have been placed and shipment en route. If notified before then, the deposit {$200.00} will be kept and all contracts null and void.

At the service Pink Petals Florist will deliver and set-up all designs and purchased products at the desired time. Our staff will allow for 30 minutes after the given delivery time and service the event; pinning on as many boutonnieres and corsages as time allows while there during the minimum 30 minute set-up. On wedding day additional service and time can be purchased for a $50.00 per hour charge.

After or prior to the servicing of the event we will proceed to the reception and place centerpieces, set up all rentals, and purchased items, decorate the cake and do the work according to the agreed contract, as we are a full service florist.

Pink Petals Florist has many styles of glassware, centerpieces, cake stands, candelabras, chuppas, bird cages, arches, votives, mirrors, and many other interesting rental items. These items are available for rental on your party day. The rentals are property of and belong to Pink Petals Florist, and will be picked-up by Pink Petals staff after the event or reception. Any broken, missing or damaged property will be the client’s responsibility. A bill for any and all property not left or damaged will be charged to their account and must be paid upon receipt.
